I’m writing you this message to inform you that Tryenyse, Priest, and I
will be taking a sabbatical from Urban Jerusalem starting April 8th, 2012.
Due to our heavy involvement and understaffing, Urban Jerusalem will
downsize from our typical scheduled worship services. Urban J Cafe (every
1st Saturday), Prophetic Voices Open Mic (every 5th Saturday), and our
regular worship services (every 2nd-4th Saturday) will be postponed until
further notice. Our 2nd annual Operation Hip-Hop Conference will be
postponed as well. However, we will have a couple of Hip-Hop worship
services this summer. We will post the dates for those events on facebook
and our website. Please take note that there will be a prayer gathering
every Saturday at 7pm starting this Saturday, April 7th, 2012. We invite
you to come out and pray with our congegration as we seek the Lord for
direction during this next season/phase in our life and ministry. My family
and I will be in attendance this coming Saturday to pray and fellowship
with everybody. Thank you for the prayer support, we appreciate it more
than you will ever know.

Far too many of us know the damage done to our family when a loved one is incarcerated…. As always, Tuesdays are Bible Study at 7pm. (Also at 1823 Emerson Ave N) We just finished an awesome series on Sanctification. This is a great opportunity to get to know one another on a deeper level, grow in faith, ask questions, and become closer as a body.
