November Happenings!

We have a lot coming up in the next week, and would love to see you there! First of all, this Saturday night at our usual spot (1823 Emerson Ave N 7pm) is Prophetic Voices poetry night-come out and share a word or just hang, listen, and support!

As always, Tuesdays are Bible Study at 7pm. (Also at 1823 Emerson Ave N) We just finished an awesome series on Sanctification. This is a great opportunity to get to know one another on a deeper level, grow in faith, ask questions, and become closer as a body.

Thursday, November 3rd, come support Tryenyse as she performs at the Amsterdam Bar and Hall (6 W. 6th Street St. Paul, 18+) for the McNally Smith Emerging Artists Showcase. Show starts at 6pm.

Friday November 4th and 11th 7pm Urban Artistic Expression concert @ Segue Café (609 South 10th St) featuring artists such as Soulyric, Jamaica D, StaGibbs AKA StaJigga, Tryenyse Jones, G-Shep, Endoxos, and more!

Saturday November 5th Urban J Café 7pm (1823 Emerson Ave N) Jamaica D is back and cooking up his special curry chicken! Don’t miss great food, good music, and open mic!

Monday November 7th 7pm (1823 Emerson Ave N) All church meeting. Come to hear more about what we have going on, what some of our goals are as a church, share vision, and share ideas.

Saturday November 19th 9am-12pm (1823 Emerson Ave N) “What? Why? and How? to effectively engage Hip Hop Culture, Pop Culture, and & Post Modernism workshop taught by Pastor Stacey Registration $20.00 lunch included. RSVP urbanjfamily@gmail.com. Register at the workshop.
